I tried this in a bong as well, I couldn't taste much past the light earthy, woodsy taste, but it was still great.
The high was pretty hybrid feeling. Very cloudy mentally...like..."what was I doing again?" but still maintained a nice euphoric high, keeping your mood elevated and energy level mid to high.
I did get a nice body relaxing feeling after about an hour, which led me to chill out more, and start to unwind for the evening.
