This Jar of 20 joints (each apparently at 0.35g) came in at 18.4% THC packaged November 29th 2022
Not really any smell out of the jar that can differentiate it from other regular meh cannabis.
The joints themselves, are all inconsistent in height 🤷♂️
They are in fact pretty smooth ✔
The burn, pretty rough.
You either get a canoe🚣♂️, or you have to relight these little guys a few times during your sesh 🙃
Based on the price per J, it's not world ending, providing you get what's advertised on the jar, which seems to be rare.
Big problem though, based on a few loyal customers complaints about not getting a full 20 j's, I decided to pick up a jar to see for myself...

I was not impressed, but maybe it's a one off....purchased a second jar from the same batch, and boom

I reached out to @versus.cann via their website email, and was told to submit a quality claim on their site. To which I did....with zero response. I then tried reaching out on social media to them, as well as the parent company @thevalenscompany....no reply whatsoever.
After waiting well over 2 week from initial contact, I simply lost faith in this brand for all things flower.
How can I trust that the customers purchasing this will get what they paid for?
Since this, I have stopped bringing in new lots of their flower and pre-rolls, which is unfortunate, as they sold very well...but the consistency and customer service is just not apparent.
EDIT UPDATE
I was called by a good friend who now works for the Valens Company, and they have since rectified all issues that our customers had. Since we now have a trusted source for customer issues at Valens, we are now going to restock all Versus flower and pre-rolls :D
